الملخص

The study aimed to identify the degree application of total quality Standards and its
relationship to the School management quality in Secondary Schools among principals of
AL-Gadaref Locality Secondary Schools, according to standards of educational
institutions management systems, the study population consist of(898) teachers and
supervisors.The study sample was composed of (194) teachers, (179) of them were
selected randomly 20% from (898) the target population, the number of supervisors was
15 with an average 40% from (37) supervisors and s. the academic year (2025-2026).
Data were collected using questionnaire. The reliability coefficients scale was (0.84). Simple liner regression and Pearson’s correlation coefficient were sued, and analysis of
variance (ANOVA). The results revealed a statistically significant positive relationship
at the (0.05) significant levels between the application of the requirements the total
quality management standards and the quality of school management. The multiple
correlation was (R = 0.76), and the coefficients of determination was (R =0.58) meaning
that the requirements explain58% of the variance in the quality of school administration.
The Study recommends focusing on support on enhancing support and assistance,
qualifying principals for quality leadership, and the educational admenstation should
activate its role in implementing quality in secondary school.
