الملخص

The study aimed to identify the reasons leading to the displacement of families and pupils
to Al-Qadarif State, as well as the challenges they face in educating their children in primary
schools across various dimensions. It also sought to identify statistically significant differences
attributable to study variables such as gender, housing, and the state from which the displaced
pupils originated, in addition to proposing solutions to address these challenges.The analytical
descriptive method was applied, and a questionnaire was used as the primary tool for data
collection. It was administered to a sample of 144 pupils (males and females), representing
27.4% of the total study population of 525 pupils enrolled in primary education for the 2023–
2024 academic year. For statistical analysis, SPSS software was used to calculate the mean,
standard deviation, and values of t-test and ANOVA (F-test). The study reached the following
main conclusions: - There are significant reasons leading to displacement to Al-Qadarif State,
with a mean score of 2.85 and a standard deviation of 0.51, rated as high. There are substantial
challenges hindering the education of displaced pupils in primary schools, with a mean score of
2.75 and a standard deviation of 0.58, rated as high, particularly within the family-related
dimension. There are challenges related to schools and teachers, with a mean score of 2.54 and
a standard deviation of 0.58, also rated as high. No statistically significant differences at the
0.05 level were found regarding gender (male/female). No statistically significant differences at
the 0.05 level were found regarding housing status and the state from which the pupil and their
family were displaced. Recommendations include organizing workshops to analyze problems
and address the underlying causes of displacement, and enabling families to obtain small
income-generating projects to mitigate economic and social issues affecting the education of
primary school pupils.
