الملخص

The research aims at recognizing the reality of extracurricular in general
education schools in Sinnar State. The researcher used the descriptive analytical
method because it suits this study. The study population included (1038) masters of
general education schools in the state in the seven localities. A sample of (252)
headmasters and headmistresses were selected (25%) from the total population. the
researcher used the questionnaire for data collection and the percentage for data
analysis and the most important finding is that the extracurricular administration in
Sinnar State does not give care to these activities in spite of their educational
importance. There are no scientific programs that show the significance of  extracurriculars in the state. Moreover, most of the areas of the schools are not
wide enough to establish playgrounds and theatres, and libraries to provide an
attractive environment for extracurricular activity. The researcher recommends that
a specific financial budget for the extracurricular activity should be prepared in a
