الملخص

The study dealt with the subject of a proposed program to teach reading
skills in Arabic language for non-Arabic speakers electronically and broadcast it
on the internet, and sought to indicate the extent of which could be benefited from
them, in the development of Arabic educational programs and the development of
teaching methods for non-Arabs. The study used the descriptive approach, and
through which addressed the types of reading, its objectives, fields and levels, as
well as some exercises and guidance in its field, and how to develop and modify it.
The study also addressed the difficulties that confront this skill and sought ways of
solving it. The results and recommendations were presented at the end of the study.The most important of which was, developing a computer software for Arabic
language skills, and benefit from the European Framework Reference of
Languages.
