instrument. The study revealed several findings. Human relations between school principals and

performance and contributes to improving the school environment. Statistically significant differences were found among teachers, attributed to the gender variable (male, female), in favor
of females, with a mean of (2.8440) and a standard deviation of (0.19329). No statistically
significant differences were found in human relations between principals and teachers at the
secondary level, attributed to the age variable ,at the adopted significance level (0.05).The study
recommended training secondary school principals in human relations skills, knowledge, and
competencies, given their importance for improving the quality of the educational environment.

contribution of human relations to improving the educational environment.
