الملخص

This study aimed to identify the level and aspects of organizational creativity in the administrative
departments of the organization, and the problem of the study was represented in the detection and
identification of aspects of organizational creativity in the administration of the Savings and Social
Development Bank and its pivotal and main role in encouraging organizational creativity in its work in
particular, and the obstacles that it faces in this regard, the study followed Descriptive and analytical
method, using SPSS, and the study reached the following results: That the administration of the Savings and Social Development Bank applies the elements and aspects of organizational creativity to a high
degree, and the results of the study showed that the most important obstacles that limit organizational
creativity in managing this bank were represented in work pressures and the lack of incentives
provided to creators in general, and for the effective application of organizational creativity, the study
presented many Among the recommendations, including the necessity of training employees in various
departments to possess advanced skills in technology and advanced communication techniques,
increase the granting of moral and material incentives to creators, encourage teamwork and develop
the administrative decision-making process in a way that encourages organizational creativity in the
departments spread in other branches of the bank∙
