مستوى الوعي البيئي لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية ببلدية القضارف في العام الدراسي 2018م

الملخص

This paper aims to identify the level of environmental awareness among
secondary school teachers and their variances according to variables such as
gender , age , qualification, experience and marital status in Municipality of
Gadarif. Data were analyzed using statistic puckish in social science (SPSS).
The paper revealed that the level of environmental awareness is high among
teachers in respect of drinking water, food, water and air pollution, no relation
between teachers' environmental awareness and variables age, qualification,
experience and marital status. In addition to it found a relation due to gender,
therefore, male teachers were more conscious of environmental awareness than
female teachers. The paper recommended to insert courses of education and
cultural environment into syllabi of faculty of education besides equipping
teachers with training courses in the field of education and environ mental awareness. Also, extracurricular activities and environmental activities should
be used at schools.
