الملخص

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the information
security system and the preparation of the strategic plan. Clarify the relationship
between data and information input devices and prepare the strategic plans. The
study problem was represented in the role of management information systems in
preparing strategic plans. Applying to the technical education sector - Sudan University of Technology - the study used the descriptive and analytical method
(spss). The study population consists of (1638) individuals, where (24) colleges
were chosen as a study society. The level of the university and colleges, as well as
the members of the strategic planning team and the deans throughout the colleges
and the presidency of (102) individuals. Distribution for them and recovery of
(100): The study reached to number of results the most importance of which were
: the existence of statistically significant differences at a level of 0.01 or less in the
attitudes of the study individuals towards The preparation for strategic planning in
all its dimensions (environmental analysis, vision, mission, and strategic
objectives) according to the variable years of experience is attributed to the benefit
of those whose years of experience of 15 years or more are more familiar with the
efficiency of management information systems. The existence of a positive
(positive) correlation relationship between management information systems and
the preparation and implementation of strategic plans . The study recommended by
the following : development of a long-term strategic plan based on the integration
of management information systems. The need to seek assistance from information
systems experts when preparing strategic plans. The need to pay attention to
training Continuous qualification to raise professional competence. Work to
provide storage media for data and information in a capacity.
