الملخص
As a result of the developments taking place in the health field and the continues increase
in demand for health services, providing high- quality health services has become a common
requirement that services the goals and interests of all parties dealing with health institutions.
This study aims to identify the quality of therapeutic services provided by health institutions,
show the efficiency of doctors and nurses, and know the extent of their satisfaction with the
quality of therapeutic services in health institutions. The study relied on the historical,
descriptive and analytical approach. Information was collected from primary and secondary
sources, and the study reached many results the most important of which are: %85of patients do
not agree with the competence and skill of doctors,%%.55 of patients do not agree with the
competence and skill of nurses, and %5.85 of patients confirmed that nurses do not spare time.
Sufficient to hear patients, and that %8.85 of patients inside the hospitals of the study sample do
not agree about the type of laboroatory equipment used in the examination process, and 84.45 of
the patients inside the hospitals of the study sample agree that hospitals do not use modern
radiology equipment in diagnostic operations, that there is dissatisfaction from paients towards
the health services provided in hospitals, through the vast majority of high percentages are
limited to their dissatisfaction with health services. There is a strong and statistically significant
correlation between the satisfactions of patients receiving health services with therapeutic
services, and also with the efficiency of doctors and nurses with in hospitals. The study
recommends to hospital management the in then necessity of the specialized medical staff from
doctors and nurses with laboratory specializations, radiology ,concentrated care and all other
jops by providing complementary services for the comfort of patients, and the need to deal
with kindness and softnees with patients and taske in to account their feeling and health
condition. The study also recommends management hospitals provide all types of modern and
developed medicines in the hospital pharmacy to allow patient the opportunity to obtain it at the
lowest prices.
