الملخص

The researcher dealt in his study with the role of the strategic planning in
productivity efficiency. It is a case study of the Sudanese Sugar Company. The
problem of the study is the role of the strategic planning in productivity
efficiency. Also, the study aimed to know the role of strategic planning in
productivity efficiency. The researcher used the historical, the descriptive and
the analytical methodology. He also used a questionnaire for data collection
and analyzed it by SPSS programme. He used chi- square for testing the
hypotheses. The important hypotheses are the following: there is a significant
statistical relationship between strategic planning and productivity efficiency, there is a significant statistical relationship between the analysis of internal
environment and productivity efficiency, moreover there is a significant
statistical relationship between the analysis of the external environment and
productivity efficiency. The study concluded with several findings. Among the
important ones is that there is a relationship between strategic planning and
productivity efficiency. Also, the strategic planning of the company is done by
scientific method. Moreover,. The analysis of the internal environment is done
periodically. Among the important recommendations is the work to increase
productivity efficiency. Also, give attention to the analysis of the internal and
external environments and perform it correctly. Work to modernize sugar
factories. The ministry of Industry should give attention to sugar sector,
support it, and provide production inputs for it.
