The study aimed to identify the reality of excellence management in the faculty of
education at Alzaiem Alazhari University according to the EFQM model (European
Foundation for Quality Management). The researcher adapted the descriptive
approach and utilized a survey as data collection method from 34 administrators. The
data was analyzed using statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS), T test and
Pearson correlation coefficient. The researcher reached several results. the most
important of which are the following The reality of excellence management was
moderate (62.7%). There's a weakness in worker satisfaction and student satisfaction,
along with challenges in renewing strategies and connecting them with resources.
There's a necessity for developing performance measurement mechanisms Derived
from the results she found, the researcher offered many recommendations, the most
important of which are Enhancing the role of leadership in supporting innovation and
encouraging workers, improving worker performance measurements mechanisms,
creating a unit for measuring student and worker satisfaction, creating a budget for
supporting excellence programs
