This study aimed to address the letter Baa, its phonetic and grammatical function, and its semantics in the Qur’anic verses, The letter Baa has many meanings that must be stopped in the Holy Qur’an, the Sunnah of the prophet, and Arabic poetry, The letter Baa has many phonetic and grammatical function. The letter Baa has a great impact on phonetics, grammar, and meanings. The Arabic language is full of letters meanings, single, bilateral, triple, and quadruple. These letters have multiple meanings and semantics in The Arabic language, and one of those letters is the letter Ba. The letter Ba is a preposition that indicates and oath, and it is redundant. It has many confirmed meanings, such as assistance, companionship, Oath, sticking, transitivity, compensation, partiality, overtaking, circumstance, substitute, explanation, and emphasis.The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, explaining the letter Baa, its phonetic and grammatical functions, and its connotations in some verse of the Holy Qur’an. The study research several results, including: the letter Baa has multiple meanings, and the letter Baa has a large share in phonetics, and grammar. the letter Baa has many meanings in the Holy Qur’an. the letter Baa comes in agreement with some prepositions, there are letters that have the same meaning as the letter Baa. such as: from, on, and in. the most common meanings mentioned in the Holy Qur’an are Attachment, companionship, assistance, and confirmation. The study several recommendations: Paying attention to the meanings of letters, and Paying attention to the meanings of. the letter Baa, knowing the multiple functions of letter Baa in the field of grammar and phonetics, and Paying attention in teaching the letters of meaning in schools, and universities, and work to apply it in the Holy Qur’an, in the prophet’s hadiths, and Arabic poetry.
