الملخص

This study aims to investigate the effect of group work in teaching EFL classes.
Show the role of group work in motivating and interacting EFL students. The study
used descriptive analytical method. A questionnaire was used as a tool for data
collection. The sample of the study consists of (50) EFL teachers from secondary
schools. The data analysis by using (SPSS) program. The study found that: Group
work helps students and teachers to fill the gap between input and output.
Grouping give students chance to have a small piece of reality in their classes by
negotiating, it also enhances students- students interaction. group work make the
lesson enjoyable .The study, recommended: Teachers who are qualified to teach
English must have received a relevant training and qualification in English. Group
work activity should be used in EFL classes to promote students attitude towards
learning English. Teachers should motivate the students to learn better English in a
better way.
