Abstract

This study aimed to identify the implementation of the standards of institutional excellence in
the Al-Basar International Foundation - Sudan and determine the impact of this increase in
the popularity of the services provided by the Foundation. The researcher utilizes the
analysis and descriptive research methods. The paper concluded that the leadership adopts a
policy of change through continuous planning and review of its strategies. The Foundation is
also interested in the management of operations in the Al- Basar Foundation. The paper has
made several recommendations about the management of the foundation. With visual awards
for outstanding performance internally and innovative design methodologies Quality
Management reviews feedback from patients and responds to their requirements
immediately.
