الملخص
The study investigated the impact of training on increasing performance efficiency
applied on Al-Mathani Co. International during the period (2017-2023). The study
problem was represented in determining the strength and weakness points and
developing performance in the company. The study significance is represented in
investigating the relationship between training and performance efficiency and the
role of training on developing organizations and measurement of employees' jobs
outcomes.The study aimed to identify the relationship between training and
performance efficiency, to identify to what extent training contributes to developing and improving organizations, and to highlight the relationship between training and
employees' performance and efficiency development. The study adopted the
descriptive analytical approach. A questionnaire was used as tool to conduct the
field study. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science
SPSS.The study sample consisted of the employees population at Al-Mathani
International Company. The study verified the following hypotheses: There is a
statistically significant relationship between training and performance efficiency at
Al-Mathani Co. International. There is a statistically significant relationship
between training (employees development and performance efficiency) at Al-
Mathani Co. International. The study concluded the following findings: Training has
a role on developing human element, improving competences and employees'
performance. Training helps to perform and develop work and to increase
performance efficiency and to develop organizations. The managerial supervisor's or
human resource manager's task is represented in recruiting the qualified person
competent for the job. The study recommended the following: More attention
should be given to training as a company's objective and should be performed
continuously to keep pace with the technological developments in traing field.
Training needs should determined appropriately.
