الملخص

The study aimed to know the learning disabilities of mathematic syllabuses at the
secondary school stage according the view point of teacher/students, mathematic department,
Faculty of Education, University of Dongola during the academic year 2021-2022. The
researchers used the descriptive analytic methodology conduct the study. A questionnaire was
designed to be distributed to of teacher students at the mathematic department, Faculty of
Education, University of Dongola (72) students, who were chosen as an intentional sample for the
study. After analyzing the data, the study reached the following results: The difficulties of
learning mathematics that related to the syllabuses of mathematics in the secondary school stage
were realized with 3.42 arithmetic mean, 68.4% which was high. Whereas those concerned with
using teaching methods and educational technologies were realized with 3.93 arithmetic mean,
78.6% was which very high. Finally, the difficulties concerned with the secondary school students were realized with 3.40 arithmetic mean, 68. % was which high. The study concluded with some
recommendations the most important of which is to train teachers to use modern teaching methods
and aids, and proposals to help students, teachers and educationalists to overcome learning
difficulties.
