الملخص

The study aimed to identify the role of high school teachers in spreading a culture
of peace from the point of view of teachers in Ubu'ushar Administrative UnitHassahisa Locality-, by identifying the degree of achieving the role of the teacher
in instilling ethics and ethics that help in building the spread of a culture of peace
related to individual, social behavior, Belonging to the homeland, identifying the
differences with statistical significance in the degree of achieving the role of the
teacher in instilling ethics and ethics that help in building a culture of peace related
to individual, social behavior, belonging to the homeland. The researcher used the
descriptive analytical curriculum, and the study tool was the study community, the
study community of secondary school teachers, and teachers. The researcher chose
the sample of the total community in a random way (70 teachers). The Statistical
Package Program has processed data for Social (SPSS). The study reached the
following results: the degree of the teacher’s role in instilling ethics and ethics that
helps in building and spreading a culture of peace in general in the secondary stage
(medium) and my account (2.30). The degree of the teacher’s role in instilling
ethics and ethics that helps in building and spreading a culture of peace related to
individual behavior in the secondary stage (medium) and my account (2.31). The
degree of the teacher’s role in instilling ethics and ethics that helps in building and
spreading a culture of peace related to social behavior in the secondary stage (medium) and my account (2.20). The degree of the teacher’s role in instilling
ethics and ethics that helps in building and spreading a culture of peace related to
belonging to the homeland in the secondary stage (medium) and in my account
amounted to (2.27). There are statistically significant differences that achieve the
role of the teacher in instilling ethics and ethics that help in building and spreading
a culture of peace related to behavior (individual, social, and belonging to the
homeland) in the second stage is attributed to the type in favor of males and the
most experience (10 years and more) and recommended the study: the necessity of
the teacher to broadcast The spirit of patriotism among students, the necessity of
the teacher's attention to not focusing on the academic axis only; Because the
curriculum is not the aim of it is the cognitive aspect only. The need for teachers to
instill the values of peace among students to avoid wars. The study developed
some proposals for future studies.
