الملخص

The study aimed to identify the stresses of life and their relationship to self-esteem.
The study followed the descriptive approach, and the study population consisted of
one hundred (100) doctors in Al-Hasahisa city hospitals. The descriptive
correlation approach was used to collect data; this is done through measures of: life
stress and self-esteem. The data was analyzed by (SPSS) program. The study found
that the general characteristic of life stresses is medium, the general characteristic
of self-esteem is medium, and there is a positive correlation between life stresses
and psychological hardness. The study recommends: working maintaining the level
of self-esteem among the members of the current research sample by encouraging
and raising their morale.
