الملخص

The study aims at knowing the effect of medical litter of human health present at
Ruffa Town, Gezira State to know the reasons, problems and obstacles which
stands against keeping healthy environment for human life. The study followed the
analytical descriptive statistical method, then using resources and methods of
collecting basic and secondary data which induce observation an interview and a
questionnaire. The sample of the study is chosen randomly from the population of
Ruffa t own about (051). The collected data was analyze with Statistical package
for social Sciences Program( SPSS). The finding of the study are: The reality of
town in dealing with litter is clearly an evidence in distraction of its environment,
the medical litter constitute great danger for human health, medical litter as
demotes waste leads to air and water pollution, the lack of environmental
awareness of population in the city with the danger of medical litter, patients at
hospitals do not care medical litter, there are no health care at hospitals about
using public bath rooms, there is no care about cleaning the hospital, the lack of
health observation and following up to dispose instructions of healthy quality.
The study recommended that: hospital and health centers have to deal with
medical litter according to the health of healthy quality, the medical litter should be
bunt near accommodation or inside hospitals. With the danger of medical litter and
caution of dealing with it.
