الملخص

The aim of the study is to address the specific wording in the book “Tahrir wa al-Tanweer” by Ibn
Ashour - may God have mercy on him - an applied study, by deducing the types of problem that Ibn
Ashour stipulated in his interpretation. The study followed the descriptive and analytical approach. The
importance of the research lies in revealing aspects of the graphic miracle of the Qur’an by examining
and studying the verses that appear to have what appears to suggest the existence of a problem, so that
the problem is removed after studying it with an accurate scientific approach. The research was
divided into: an introduction, a preface, four sections, and then a conclusion in which we mentioned
the most important results and recommendations. The study has two aspects: a theoretical aspect: it
deals with the definition of the scholar Ibn Ashour, and his interpretation “in general, and an applied
aspect: in which we explain liberation and enlightenment,” and his approach to studying the problem
of the Qur’an is the approach of Ibn Ashour, and the study followed the inductive approach, then the
analytical approach. The study recommends: The need for researchers to pay attention to the rooting
and complexity of jurisprudential issues due to the need for this in this era in particular, to pay
attention to the study of the Holy Qur’an and the book of Liberation and Enlightenment.
