الملخص

The study aimed at the Knowledge of the social communication networks effect on the family relations. The analytic descriptive approach(method) was used by the researchers in describing and interpreting the target phenomenon .They used the tools of questionnaire observation for the data collection . The representative sample was taken from the available Sudanese families. The statistic package of social science (SPSS) was used in analyzing the collected data. The study has come out with the following results: The reason for using the social communication networks is to facilitate the communication between the family members as well as the relatives and friends. It appeared that the family members prefer the WHATS APP for its easiness and relative effectiveness. The use of networks affects the social relations among the family members and changing the children's behavior negatively .The study discovered that the overuse of the social communication networks has reduced the social interaction among the family members.. Finally, the researchers have recommended for organizing general campaigns to increase the families' awareness of social relations importance and Empowering individuals to engage in positive use of social media
