الملخص
This study aimed to explore the impact of teamwork on employee performance at the Ministry of Health. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach to collect data from a sample of employees. This data was then analyzed using appropriate statistical methods to determine the level and dimensions of teamwork implementation and its relationship to employee performance. The results showed a high level of teamwork implementation within the Ministry, with a mean score of 3.66 and a relative weight of 73.1%. The study also revealed that team spirit was the most important and influential dimension, followed by knowledge sharing, team cohesion, and team trust. Team skills ranked last. Furthermore, the results indicated a high average relative weight of 75.8% for employee performance, demonstrating a statistically significant relationship between teamwork and its dimensions and employee performance. Teamwork was found to have a direct and significant impact on improving employee performance. Based on these findings, the study recommends increasing support for and strengthening teamwork practices, particularly team spirit and knowledge sharing, while focusing on developing team skills and fostering trust and cohesion among individuals. This will contribute to increased performance efficiency and the achievement of the Ministry of Health's objectives.
