الملخص

This study dealt with the rights of the patient through an in-depth and
analytical study of the legal opinions presented in this study. Educating patients
about their legal rights in national and international legislation during the
period of their treatment. The study aimed to clarify the rights that the legislator provides to the patient, and then reveal them so that it is easier for the
patient to identify and benefit from them before the courts. The study followed
the descriptive and analytical approach, and reached a number of results, most
notably that the doctor’s departure or violation of medical rules and principles,
breach of the duties of caution, caution, and vigilance at the time of carrying
out medical work, and causing harm to the patient as a result of that behavior is
the basis for the doctor’s responsibility. The existence of an independent law
that regulates the rights of the patient, the study recommended a number of
recommendations, the most important of which is spreading awareness through
social media targeting the patient, to make him aware He is aware of his rights
and directives of what he may do in the event that his secret is disclosed by the
doctor.
