الملخص

Teaching chemistry has a major role in studying students in applied colleges in the
future the study aimed to identify the reality of teaching chemistry in Sudan and
White Nile State, by examining the reality: the willingness of a chemistry teacher to
teach, the introduction to the teaching of chemistry, the course of the lesson in
chemistry. The descriptive analytical approach was applied and the questionnaire
was used as a tool to collect data from an intentional sample of (140) male and
female students of the scientific course, in Umm Rammah locality, White Nile State, by using the statistical analysis program (SPSS). The study reached a number
of results: Respondents' answers tend to be less ready the chemistry teacher for
teaching, in White Nile State, tends toward approval, with an arithmetic mean
(2.12), and a medium grade degree. In chemistry in White Nile State, it tends
toward approval, with a mean (2.09), and a medium estimated degree. Therefore,
the study recommends activating the role of the Faculties of Education to prepare
the distinguished teacher in the future and using modern teaching methods in
teaching chemistry and activating extra-curricular activities to encourage students to
study chemistry and train chemistry teachers on modern technologies that keep pace
with the age.
