الملخص

This study was aimed to identify the effectiveness of a graduate of vocational training
centers in industrial institutions, such as GIAD Company for Tractors, and
Agricultural Equipment .The methodology of the study was based on a descriptive
approach as well as a questionnaires a tool for data collection from the study sample
total which is (71) graduates. The results showed that the degree effectiveness of a
graduate of the vocational training centers in GIAD Company for Tractors, and Agricultural Equipment was highly ranked, the axes were ranged from largest to
smallest according to the arithmetic averages as follows: the overall performance of
the vocational training centers graduate has increased the production and
productivity, appropriateness of capabilities and skills of a graduate of the vocational
training to work, increase the knowledge and intellectual capital of the vocational
training graduate, and the compatibility of the vocational training centers curriculum
with technical and engineering capabilities. Based on the results, the study
recommended the harmonization of the vocational training centers' educational
curricula to comply with the technical and technological development of the field of
industry, safety, and occupational health. Modernization of the workshops,
laboratories, and provision of the occupational health and safety equipment in the
vocational training centers to be compatible with technical and technological used in
industrial institutions.
