الملخص

The study dealt with the concept of relationships, linguistically and idiomatically, and the
relationships of entities before Islam, and the foundations of building society and the Islamic
State, then the correspondence of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, to kings
and princes. The study aimed to deal with external relations in the era of the Messenger, may
God bless him and grant him peace, and their impact on building the Islamic State. The problem
of the study lied in identifying the messages sent by the Messenger, may God bless him and
grant him peace, which were rejected or accepted, and the consequences thereof. The study
followed the historical descriptive analytical method. The study reached several results, the most
important of which is that external relations had an effective role and a clear impact in building
the Islamic State and spreading Islam outside the Arabian Peninsula. The study recommended
that there should be a general and comprehensive study of the internal relations in the era of the
Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the effects that resulted from them, as
well as a comparative study between political relations before and after Islam and their impact on
the Islamic society.
